Your files never leave your device. Every tool on Privatools runs entirely inside your web browser, so the images and documents you process are never uploaded to a server, never stored, and never seen by us.

Files you process

When you compress, convert, resize, crop, or work with PDFs, all the work happens locally using your browser's built-in technology. Nothing is transmitted to us. Closing the tab clears everything from memory.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how many people use each tool. This never includes the contents of your files.

Advertising

Privatools is free and supported by advertising. Our advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) may use cookies to show relevant ads. You can manage ad personalisation through your Google Ad Settings and review Google's practices in their partner policy.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to run the site and to serve ads. We do not use cookies to track the content of your files because we never receive that content.
