Two things are genuinely useful to send, and both get read.

Reporting an incorrect price

If a figure on this site disagrees with the vendor's live pricing page, send the vendor name and the URL. The most useful version includes what you see now and what we show, because a mismatch means our extractor is misreading something and other readers are likely hitting the same wall.

Suggesting a vendor

We add vendors that people actually pay for, so a suggestion carries more weight when it comes with context: roughly what you spend, and what it would be annoying to find out had doubled. Requests are prioritised by spend, not by enthusiasm.

Other things

Press, partnership and advertising enquiries are welcome. Corrections are prioritised above all of them.

Response time

Corrections are usually investigated within a few working days. Vendor additions are batched and processed in order of request volume, so a single suggestion is unlikely to be the deciding factor — if you genuinely want a vendor tracked, it helps to say so publicly.
